Discover the unique enchantments exclusive to NewLife SMP.
In our enhanced SMP experience, all standard Minecraft enchantments have been upgraded to reach a maximum level of 5, unlocking greater potential for your tools and armor. Additionally, we introduce a set of exclusive enchantments designed to enhance gameplay, progression, and exploration. These enchantments are not part of vanilla Minecraft they are custom features unique to our server.
Binding Lv. 15
Effect: Keeps your items after death, preventing them from dropping.
Scaling: Higher levels guarantee protection for rare and valuable gear.
Gameplay Impact: Essential for adventurers in dangerous dimensions or hardcore players.
Balance Notes: Bound items cannot be traded or intentionally dropped, adding risk/reward decisions.
Warranty Lv. 15
Effect: Prevents items from being destroyed when durability reaches zero.
Scaling: At higher levels, items may regain a small fraction of durability upon breaking.
Gameplay Impact: Protects against accidental loss of valuable equipment.
Balance Notes: Reduces frustration but may lessen the importance of repair mechanics.
Orb Booster Lv. 15
Effect: Increases XP gained from mobs and block breaking.
Scaling: Each level adds a multiplier to XP drops.
Gameplay Impact: Speeds up progression, enchantment grinding, and Mending repairs.
Balance Notes: Can accelerate gameplay; capped levels prevent imbalance.
Immutability Lv. 15
Effect: Locks an item s enchantments, preventing further modification.
Scaling: Higher levels may also block curses.
Gameplay Impact: Secures rare enchantment combinations permanently.
Balance Notes: Strategic choice once locked, items cannot evolve further.
Vein Miner Lv. 1
Effect: Mines an entire vein of ore with a single block break.
Scaling: Single level only.
Gameplay Impact: Saves time during mining expeditions.
Balance Notes: Reduces grind but may trivialize resource collection.
Takeoff Lv. 13
Effect: Boosts you into the air when opening your Elytra, allowing direct takeoff from the ground.
Scaling: Higher levels increase launch height and speed.
Gameplay Impact: Eliminates the need for fireworks or tall structures to fly.
Balance Notes: Strong mobility tool; balanced by limiting maximum height.
Grappling Hook Lv. 1
Effect: Converts your fishing rod into a grappling hook.
Scaling: Single level only.
Gameplay Impact: Enables fast traversal across terrain, cliffs, and caves.
Balance Notes: Can trivialize parkour challenges; best suited for exploration.
